Buche de Noel: A true classic Holiday dessert—fluffy sponge roulade and a light filling  of butter cream covered with chocolate or white French butter cream.

Raspberry Cheesecake: A New York style cheesecake-light and creamy, swirled with fresh raspberries, crunchy graham cracker crust with cream cheese icing.

Chocolate Peppermint Mousse: Layers of chocolate genoise with Peppermint Liquor, semi sweet Swiss Chocolate Peppermint Mousse, finished with Ganache.  

Cranberry Mousse Charlotte: Vanilla Genoise layers between Cranberry mousse and topped with Cranberry Glaze.
