Pecan Pie: The “classic” but not so sweet.

Pumpkin Cheesecake: A light and creamy New York style cheesecake with swirls of pumpkin and graham cracker crust.   

Gingerbread Cake : Gingerbread spices in a moist cake iced with cream cheese and orange fondant.

Carrot Cake: An American Classic, moist carrot cake with walnuts and Pineapple, cream cheese icing and pumpkin decoration.

Fall Apple Crumble: Crisp pie dough crust, a blend of Granny Smith apples, raisins and cinnamon topped with a brown sugar crumble topping.

Pear & Cranberry Franchipan Tart or Plum Franchipan: Moist almond cake, cranberry compote, pears, (or plums)  streusel topping.

Bread & Butter Pudding: A true classic–French brioche bread, California raisins, and cinnamon in a light vanilla bean custard.  We recommend serving warm with Crème Anglaise sauce.
