(Gingerbread spices in a moist cake iced with cream cheese and orange fondant.)

(An American Classic, moist carrot cake with walnuts and

Pineapple, cream cheese icing and pumpkin decoration.)

Fall Apple Crumble

     (Crisp pie dough crust, a blend of Granny Smith apples, raisins and cinnamon topped with a brown sugar crumble topping.)

Pear & Cranberry Franchipan Tart or

Plum Franchipan

     (Moist almond cake, cranberry compote, pears, (or plums)  streusel topping.)

Bread & Butter Pudding 

     (A true classic–French brioche bread, California raisins,
